 A love of cinematic tales and the power of dreams…. as Universal Pictures releases the official trailer for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film The Fabelmans. View trailer below.


Growing up in post-World War II era Arizona, from age seven to eighteen, a young man named Sammy Fabelman discovers a shattering family secret and explores how the power of films can help him see the truth.


I was wondering when Spielberg was going to do another movie, especially after his release of the musical remake of West Side Story. I remember vague hearing about a particular “passion project” that Spielberg, but it was just a bit of tidbit news floating around the internet. A few days ago, the first trailer for The Fabelmans appeared online and showcased the new film for Spielberg and it is indeed a passion project for the director. This trailer showcases plenty of footage from the upcoming film, which seems to be something similar or passionate to Spielberg appreciation for filmmaking and the love of movies. Plus, the early advance reviews for the feature have been well-received. In the end, I’m quite excited to see this particular movie!


The Fabelmans opens in theaters on November 11th, 2022 (limited release) and then nationwide on November 23rd, 2022
