Dr.Priyanka Marakini (BNYS) The holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences, Dr. Priyanka has more than 7 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. Currently serving as a Sr. Nutritionist at HealthifyMe, she specializes in Weight Management, Lifestyle Modifications, and PCOS, Diabetes, and Cholesterol Management. In addition to being a Nutritionist, Dr. Priyanka is also a Fitness Enthusiast and a certified Zumba instructor. A strong believer in eating healthy, she is certain that the right kind of motivation can help an individual work wonders in their lives.




Alpa Momaya (B.Sc., PGD, RNC)




As the holder of a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from the University of Mumbai, Alpa Momaya has always understood the value of good nutrition in an individual’s life. She is a Registered Nutritional Practitioner (Canada) with over 15 years of experience in the field. Specializing in Clinical Nutrition, Pre & Post Natal Diets, and Weight Management, Alpa found her calling as a Sr. Nutritionist with HealthifyMe. Alpa’s love for cooking and good nutrition has seen her contribute several recipes to the HealthifyMe database over the years. Additionally, she takes a keen interest in reading and painting.




Swati Shukla(PhD) Doctorate in Food Science and Nutrition, double gold medalist and national scholarship holder, Dr Swati believes that nutrition is not just the science of healthy eating but also the art of healthy living. With a work experience of over 7 years in R&D and nutrition counseling, she holds expertise in food formulation and analysis, lifestyle modification, weight management, and chronic disease management. An active member of IDA, she is been mentioned in various publications, articles and has a patent under her name. Being familiar with nutritional intervention and its importance, she believes in an interdisciplinary approach for a healthy lifestyle.




Roshini Gilbert (CPT)




After a diligent workout plan helped her lose 30kg of post-pregnancy weight, chartered accountant Roshini Gilbert was inspired enough to go from tallying numbers to training others. Currently serving as VP, Fitness & Services, at HealthifyMe, Roshini has been certified by the American Council on Exercises (ACE) for functional fitness and specialises in postnatal weight loss, exercises for lower back pain, arthritis and osteoporosis. As part of her Rehab Trainer certification in Australia, Roshini has trained with reputed sports physiotherapist, Ulrik Larsen in corrective exercises and injury management. In HealthifyMe, she has found a collaborator with a common cause – making people fit to live life to the fullest.




Anisha Mishra(BPT)




As a former State-Level Basketball player, Anisha has been a fitness enthusiast from a very young age. Converting her passion into a career, she completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy along with a Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Specialising in Postnatal Fitness, Rehabilitation, and Fitness for various medical conditions, Anisha has attended several workshops in the fitness field. With more than 6 years of experience as a Trainer, Anisha has now turned her attention to making fitness a way of life in the country, and the rest of the world, in her role as Sr. Fitness Trainer at HealthifyMe.




Dileep Shivram (CPT)




Having completed his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, fitness was not always Dileep’s choice of career. However, the decision to follow his passions saw him complete his Certification in Personal Training from Gold’s Gym University in 2013. One of the highlights of his six-year-long career, Dileep says, is providing physical training to applicants to the defence forces of the nation. Currently serving as Sr. Fitness Trainer at HealthifyMe, the well-traveled Dileep has made it his life’s goal to oversee as many fitness transformations as he possibly can.




Kamala Somasundaram (M.Sc.) Kamala has a Master’s degree in Food & Nutrition, and more than ten years of experience in the hospital and fitness industry. She has also completed a year’s tenure as a lecturer at Gold’s Gym Fitness Institute. Her expertise lies in Maternal & Child Health, Weight Management, Diabetes Management, Sports Nutrition, Diet Planning & General Health. She has been a part of Health Talks in over 15 MNCs in and around Bangalore. Kamala’s goal has always been to motivate her clients through their fitness journey and help them achieve their long-awaited health goals.




Nahida S (PGD, CDE, RD) Nahida is a registered dietician with 9 years of experience, working extensively with individuals dealing with obesity, diabetes, thyroid and PCOD. In addition, she has worked with NGOs supporting cancer patients by providing them with nutritional counseling. After completing her post-graduation in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition from Mumbai University, she went on to finish her MBA in Healthcare Services. Nahida is also a certified diabetes educator from International Diabetes Center. Currently a Sr. Nutritionist with HealthifyMe, Nahida is looking forward to let people take their weight off their mind and body by enjoying the journey.




Ritu Puri (M.Sc., CDE) Ritu, who battled weight issues, acne and other health issues as an adolescent, managed to overcome these problems through changes in diet and lifestyle. Her success prompted her to pursue the subject professionally, leading her to a BSc in Home Science followed by an MSc in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University. Ritu completed a training programme with All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) before working with Fortis Hospital, and the Nutrition Foundation of India. Serving as a Sr. Nutritionist at HealthifyMe, she aims to help her clients to make small changes in their lifestyle that will positively impact their health.




Hiral Patel(B.HSc) According to Hiral, “Striving to be better than yesterday, is the key to achieving any goal that is ahead of you”. As a diet and lifestyle consultant, Hiral intends to help her clients inculcate habits such as healthy eating and regular exercise to improve their lifestyle holistically for a better tomorrow. She also aims to make her clients feel good from the inside-out and bring about a positive change to their overall life.




Shradha Dang (M.Sc.) “Listen to your body. Don’t overwork it, in order to achieve a look. Make permanent goals and work towards achieving them,” preaches Shradha. As a believer of the liberal approach towards nutrition, she says “Nutrition is deserved not just for weight loss, but most importantly, for prevention and care of diseases & illness.” As a Diet Coach, her aim is to help her clients understand the concept “Healthy life = happy life,” and ensure they lead the same.




Shamlee Pathare(B.Sc.) Shamlee seemed destined to take up a career in Yoga, having started practicing the discipline at the tender age of 3. She completed her Master’s and her Bachelor’s degrees in Yoga Therapy. A specialist in Diabetes and Stress Management, Shamlee has conducted research on how Yoga aids individuals with common ailments at AIIMS, New Delhi. A former member of the Indian Yoga team, she is presently a Yoga Team Lead at HealthifyMe. Shamlee believes Yoga is the answer to any individual’s health issues, whether they are physical or mental.




Zainab Gulamhusein(M.Sc.) Zainab strongly believes “a healthy exterior begins with a healthy interior”. As a clinical dietician and sports nutritionist, she aims to translate the complex science of nutrition into easily understandable information and everyday rituals. Zainab intends to help her clients effectively by creating customized nutrition plans that are medically safe by keeping in mind the short term and long term goals of an individual.




Garima Srivastava(M.Sc.) Garima’s advice to anyone looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle is to firmly believe in three words, and chant them at all times – “Yes, I can!”; it fills you up with positivity and helps you overcome all the hurdles that might come in the way, she says. With an aim to educate her clients about the various aspects of nutrition and ensure they adopt healthy eating habits, Garima also intends on motivating her clients throughout their journey.




Dr.Poonam Sharma(MBBS) I, Dr. Poonam have 3+ years of experience in the field of Medicine. Currently serving as a Resident Physician at HealthifyMe, I have worked with premier hospitals such as Manipal Hospital, Bangalore as a Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and Rajiv Gandhi Goveremnet Hospital, Chennai as a Medical Officer.
