Babes Wodumo Back In Studio

Babes Wodumo has had a successful music career and has achieved significant milestones in her career but evidently, her career was tainted by the controversy in her personal life.

Babes Wodumo got her breakthrough in 2016 after being signed by West Ink Records and releasing her debut album Gqom Queen.

Following the passing of her husband Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo who died at Durdoc Hospital in Durban, after suffering a minor stroke- Babes is picking herself up, and she is ready to get back to the game full-on.

Babes has not taken a break to mourn the death of her husband, sis has been booked and busy securing the bag and entertaining her fans.

The singer is currently cooking up a storm in the studio as she is working on her upcoming studio album.

TNS took to Facebook, revealing that he was in the studio with Babes who is working on her upcoming album.

“In Studio w/ IDandokazi Babes Wodumo recording Her 2023 Album,” he wrote

TNS's post has caused excitement online and fans are already anticipating the release of the album.

Kevin Makhosi commented "Can't wait to hear what she's cooking, I trust her"

Philani Mtolo II wrote "With your vocal coaching and assistant on her album I believe it’s gonna be a good album"

Gasa Thapelo "Do you remember uMampintsha ekusolla ngokuthii ufuna uBabes uthii akathii laphekhona"

At Mampintsha's memorial service, DJ Tira advised Babes Wodumi to get on top of the game again.

“Babes must go back to the top of the charts. When she joined the music industry she was charging R100,000 per gig. You [Babes] should not be comfortable [with earning less] and you need to get out of your comfort zone if you want to go back to the top. You need to work hard and have a focus. Also, we still have Sponge [Babes’ child] to raise because Mampintsha is no longer," said Tira.

Babes then begged Tira and Danger to never abandoned her. "Thank you, Tira for loving my husband and Danger thank you. Tira please do not abandon me and you Danger," she said while speaking at Mampintsha's funeral service.

At Mampinstha's mom's funeral service, Babes vowed to take care of Mampinstha's family.

“Today I want to assure you that you will never go hungry when I’m still around. I will be your pillar of strength, you have a sister in me. If you need anything please call me and if you cannot get hold of me do not hesitate to come to my house at Westville. I am prepared to pay for a metered taxi,” said Babes at the podium.

What are the Iron Rich Drinks to Boost Your Hemoglobin?

Pomegranates, also known as Anaar, are famous for their ruby-red tiny edible arils (seeds) and sweet-tart flavour. The fruit’s natural juice and seeds are rich in nutrients that offer multiple benefits. From controlling blood sugar levels to improving memory, pomegranates are a wonder fruit that can be an excellent addition to your diet. Pomegranate juice has a higher concentration of antioxidants, specifically polyphenols, than other fruit juices. It has approximately three times as many antioxidants as green tea or red wine. Because of this, pomegranate juice has the potential to lower low-density lipoprotein, or bad cholesterol, and help safeguard the heart. Additionally, studies have found that the compounds in pomegranate, such as gallic, oleanolic, ursolic, and uallic acids, have anti-diabetic properties. The pomegranate juice and peel extract may also help increase insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial for people with diabetes. Find out whether eating pomegranates increa...

Disenchanted (2022) Review

DON’T LOOK DOWN! (AND DON’T WATCH THIS MOVIE) Survival movies have been around for quite some time and have had mixed results with viewers. Tales of death-defying moments of surviving the unbridled wrath of natural elements, surreal circumstances, and unlucky situations have always been fixed point of fascination with storytelling, leading to one suspense after another and finding thrills within those “fight for flight” moments. Yet, sometimes these films struggle to find a proper balance within its own context, with an unbalanced presentation of trying to focus more on the actual survival sequences (scares, suspense, and thrills) and not much on its characters and story progression. Sometimes narrative can be well-founded within true life events (i.e., based on a true story), while other times some survival accounts were created from fiction. Such prime examples of lates includes 2015’s The Martian, 2015’s Everest, 2016’s The Revenant, 2017’s 47 Meters Down, 2018’s Adrift, 2019’s...
